MamboAnesu:
is the embodiment of a generational vision, where heritage, innovation and environmental stewardship converge to shape a regenerative African future.
About Us
Founded in 2019 by siblings Tinashe Chirumbwana and Rumbidzai Chirumbwana, MamboAnesu, meaning “The King resides with us” in Rozvi, is a deeply personal homage to their sons and a bold commitment to legacy building through climate leadership. What began as a childhood aspiration has evolved into a systems driven enterprise at the forefront of Africa’s sustainability revolution.
At its core, MamboAnesu is a climate-resilient development model anchored in four integrated pillars: renewable energy, eco-conscious luxury real estate, smart organic agriculture and green desalination infrastructure. Our work transcends sectors, blending clean technology with indigenous wisdom, policy coherence and regenerative design to create infrastructure that restores ecosystems, uplifts communities and builds long-term resilience.
We operate along Africa’s iconic Savanna wilderness corridor, spanning Botswana, Zimbabwe, Kenya and Tanzania, deploying scalable, impact-driven solutions that honour the continent’s richness while confronting its most urgent challenges: energy poverty, water insecurity, land degradation and youth unemployment.
Fully aligned with the Paris Agreement, the Net Zero 2050 pathway and the African Union’s Agenda 2063, MamboAnesu is more than a business, it is a movement toward a dignified, climate-secure Africa. Through our commitment to innovation, ethical governance and African excellence, we are redefining what is possible in sustainable development.

Projects
MamboAnesu is designing, constructing, developing, and commissioning a 200MW PV Solar Plant.
This solar plant aims to generate at least 398,120,000 kWh of clean energy, which will be seamlessly integrated into the grid through a wheeling contract PPA preferably with intensive energy user off-taker.
The construction of this Solar Plant is estimated to take at least 89 weeks up to commissioning stage.
The identified site, situated on previously mined-out open-cast land, aligns with MamboAnesu’s dedication to environmental sustainability. Our focus lies in repurposing this area with utmost consideration for existing flora and fauna, thus minimizing ecological disruption. This sustainable approach not only resonates with MamboAnesu’s core values but also meets the criteria of its impact investors, who prioritise environmentally conscious initiatives. Furthermore, it alleviates the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) burden from the former mine.
By leveraging the existing infrastructure, such as access roads requiring minimal grading and proximity to the 330kv line and grid, we aim to streamline the construction process for our EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) Contractor Company, thus optimizing efficiency and reducing environmental impact.
