200MW Solar PV Plant Proposal:

MamboAnesu is committed to designing, constructing, developing, and commissioning a 200MW PV Solar Plant spanning up to 600 hectares of land, strategically located within a 20km radius of the Hwange 330kv grid and transmission line.

The project will be in phases, starting with a Pilot phase of 20MW, then 30MW, 50MW, 50MW and 50MW.

This solar plant aims to generate at least 398,120,000 kWh of clean energy, which will be seamlessly integrated into the grid through a wheeling contract PPA with an off-taker.

The identified site, situated on previously mined-out open-cast land, aligns with MamboAnesu’s dedication to environmental sustainability. Our focus lies in repurposing this area with utmost consideration for existing flora and fauna, thus minimizing ecological disruption.

This sustainable approach not only resonates with MamboAnesu’s core values but also meets the criteria of its impact investors, who prioritise environmentally conscious initiatives. Furthermore, it alleviates the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) burden from the former mine.

By leveraging the existing infrastructure, such as access roads requiring minimal grading and proximity to the 330kv line and grid, we aim to streamline the construction process for our EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) Contractor Company, thus optimizing efficiency and reducing environmental impact.

 

NATURE RESERVE

MamboAnesu Estates is to be a premier Nature Reserve Estate, offering the prospective homeowner and investor the opportunity to be part of a unique lifestyle experience in a secure natural woodland giving owners both privacy and tranquility. The primary focus is to offer the prospective client a “wilderness” appeal offering luxury real estate and security.

The Estate will be home to:

1. An upmarket residential estate with freehold housing units for sale to local and international clients within a secure nature reserve home to herds of plains game (Giraffe, Antelope and Zebra), fauna and flora and bird life with nature trails and picnicking spots.
Options available are a Family Home unit: (1,200m2), Industrial Style Lofts: (600m2) and Villa (For the family looking for a vacation home – 1,400m2)

2. Luxury amenity buildings to service freehold owners of the housing units; which said amenity buildings will be let out to interested stakeholders.

Smart Agriculture (Organic crop and animal husbandry)

The MamboAnesu smart farming model will be incorporated as a strategic business unit (SBU), whereby part of this Strategic Business unit is to develop an organic agro-economic leg with focus on the following:

  • Dairy goats (Toggenburg and British Alpine) farming for milk and cheese production for local consumption and to export.
  • Doper sheep (Meat-master) farming for carnivorous production for local consumption and exports
  • Horticulture Agriculture (farming of):
    • Vertical Strawberries and blue berries
    • ⁠Winery and grape Vineyards
