Rumbidzai B. Chirumbwana
Founder & CEO
Rumbidzai is an astute business developer and Creative entrepreneur.
She has a legal background from the University of Botswana’s Law School as well as legal experience from a Law Firm in Gaborone, Botswana who, inter- alia, has managed a legal column in one of Botswana’s Magazines.
She currently sits on the board of one of Zimbabwe’s leading Fashion Councils and is pursuing an Executive MBA.
Tinashe Chirumbwana
Co-Founder & COO
Tinashe has diverse experience from serving on a managerial role specifically in Operations over the past 15 years in the motor, petroleum and dairy industries.
Pfungwa A. Negonde
Co-Founder & ICT Director
Pfungwa is a Network Engineer by profession and a holder of a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Computer and Management Information Systems. He is a Cisco certified Professional in network Design, Security and Routing and Switching.
He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business Analytics at the University of Denver – Daniels College of Business.
Mark Vinyu
Financial Advisory
Mark is a pro-active and target driven financial accountant with 12 years working experience working with firms that include BNP Paribas, Moore & Stephens, LPH Chartred Accountants, Bloomberg LP South Africa, KPMG and United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in a various array of industries including audit of funds, private equity, renewable energy, real estate, manufacturing, hospitality and not for profit organisations.
He has further experience working first hand in the hospitality industry together with being involved in research of the renewable energy industry.
His objective is to find a role with a growth oriented progressive company and to be a valued member of a team with in- depth knowledge of management, financial and administrative policies with the ability to motivate and drive organisational pursuits and to work in an environment that provides an opportunity for growth into positions of greater responsibility, encourages innovation and entrepreneurship.
Panashe Z. Rusere
Project Rollout Analysis (Non-Executive Director)
Panashe has a background in mining and mineral processing and holds a Masters in Advanced Mineral Resource Development a joint program between Freiberg University of Mining & Technology, Germany and the University of Leoben, Austria. With demonstrated experience in extractive industry governance, mining and mineral processing projects. His diverse professional experience includes working in mineral extraction governance and international technical mineral development projects in Latin America, Central Asia, Southern and Northern Africa. He has gained substantial long-range planning and project consulting experience with a broad range of organizational and analytical skills in international mining projects. Panashe has interests that span across other sectors with projects in tourism and agriculture.
Mennard Chekayi
Real Estate Investment - Non Executive Director
Mennard is a Financial Analyst who specializes in investment analysis & management, business analysis, project financing & management and real estate asset and product creation.
He possesses more than 15 years Corporate Experience in:

Jason J Bowman
Lead Cannabis Expert (Non-Executive Director)
Jason Joseph Bowman (R.T.M.P.) is an expert cannabis grower, consultant and herbal specialist.
Jason and another co-founder are Canadians who pioneered Zimbabwe’s first Medical Cannabis study in 2017, which led to the legalisation of Medical Cannbis in Zimbabwe.
He is a co-founder of the Manica Healing Society, as well as a registered traditional medical practitioner, and proud member of Zimbabwe’s Traditional Healer’s Association (ZITHA).
